Hi-5 is a 1999 Westphalian gelding who is also a Canadian Sport Horse. He has many successes and championships under his belt in both hunters and jumpers.  He comes from a line of Sport Horse champions in many disciplines including dressage, hunters, jumpers, and three day eventing. 

Hi-5 is currently not competing while his owner, Lara, completes her forensic sciences degree at the University of Toronto.  When Lara does return, keep an eye out for this team as they will go far!!

Hi-5 is definitely a lovely member of Serendipity Equestrian!!!

Pickle is an amazing little Quarter Horse who is the newest member of the Serendipity family. He was purchased as a western pleasure horse but is proving to provide Lara a leg up into the wonderful and exciting world of competitive western riding, including gymkhana events and reining. 

With Pickle's help, Lara is now trying her hand at reining and is thoroughly enjoying herself, especially the sliding stops!  She could not ask for a better horse who is very sweet and honest, with a little bounce in his step to remind everyone that he could be an English pony just like all the others at the stables!

Luigi is a 2000 Chestnut Irish Sport Horse gelding born in New Zealand.  He was brought to Canada about 5 years ago as an eventing prospect as he is an extremely talented gelding.  Luigi has competed primarily in three day eventing in New Zealand and Canada but was retired from eventing approximately a year after his arrival in Canada.  As a result, Luigi is temporarily on a break from the show ring. 

Luigi is currently training in Dressage and Show Jumping but there are hopes that he may return to the show ring, maybe in a different venue from eventing, in 2011.

Keep an eye open for this extremely talented gelding in 2011 with his very proud owner/rider!

Soleil is a 2000 dark brown Thoroughbred mare.  She was bought off the track in Lethbridge and was re-trained as an English horse.  She is currently in training for Dressage and Show Jumping over the winter.  The eventual goal is to have her showing or she may be bred as she has lovely confirmation and a very friendly temperament.

Montague is a 1997 Westphalian/Thoroughbred cross gelding. He is also a Canadian Sport Horse. Monty is a lovely horse who does very well in the show ring. He is a classic hunter, with lovely even paces. Monty can also put in an extra kick and jump to be very competitive in the Jumper ring. He has successfully competed up to the 90cm hunters and jumpers and could easily compete at higher levels.

Monty is a lovely little guy with a lot of personality!

Monty also made sure his owner truly learned how to ride!!!

Sage is a ten year old thoroughbred/draft cross.  He was rescued by Mike & Judy Brunner and has only recently begun his training with his rider, Casey.  He is currently in Dressage and Show Jumping training and is progressing in leaps and bounds.  He is showing great potential for any discipline.

His rider, Casey, would like to begin showing Sage in 2011 most likely beginning at some dressage shows, moving into the hunter ring, and then hopefully trying jumpers and 3-day eventing. 

Sage is still very green so only time will tell regarding what discipline he will focus in!  Keep your eyes open for this lovely team in 2011!

Benny is an 18 year old Registered Canadian Sport Horse, sired by the famous show jumping stallion, Elute.  His training career was put on hold for a number of years but he has since commenced conditioning and training under the skillful guise of his rider, Stacey. 

Benny is showing talent for the dressage ring but seems to also thoroughly enjoy jumping, so we will see what the 2011 season brings.  He is currently training in Dressage and show jumping over the winter and will likely begin showing in dressage in spring 2011 along with his pasture mate, Sage.
