At Serendipity Equestrian, we have a variety of quality horses for sale.

If we do not currently have what you are looking for, we will happily assist you in finding the most suitable horse for your equestrian needs.

Maestro
(aka Edward)

Edward is a 2004 thoroughbred gelding that stands about 16 hands. He has an amazing temperament and is one of the most easy going horses to work with. He continues to surprise us with what he has to offer and is taking everything in stride. He is an awesome horse to work with and has endless talent that has not been tapped into yet. He did have to end his racing career because of a soft pallet, but that does not limit what he can do now! We are hoping he will become a great Dressage Horse and/or a low level jumper or eventer.

**Please note, Edward is located in Australia**

Contact Alison at serendipityequestrian@yahoo.ca for more information.

Native Ruckas
(aka Normin)
SOLD

Normin came to Serendipity Equestrian as a rescue thoroughbred because of a racing-career ending injury (Bowed tendon). He was cleared by two vets and a farrier as being completely sound. Normin is a 2001 dark brown Registered Thoroughbred gelding who stands 16 hands. He has successfully competed in dressage, winning Southern Alberta Freestyle II Champion at the Pony Club Championships in 2005. He is also showing promise as a hunter, proving to be a very "typey" hunter. Normin is ready and willing to do anything that is asked of him and he is a pleasure to work with.  He is only for sale because his owner is moving overseas.

Normin was sold in the Summer of 2006 and will be sadly missed by everyone at Serendipity Equestrian!!!

Ginger
SOLD

Ginger is an 8 year old red dun quarter horse mare who stands 14.3 hands. She has a blaze and two rear socks. She excels in any discipline and would make a very cute children's hunter or a lovely mount for a small adult.

Ginger has been used for Pony Club, 4H, competing successfully in both English and Western events, along with gymkhanas and cross country. She is a lovely mare to work with, is not herd bound, and has been taken to the mountains on numerous trail rides, taking everything in stride. She is very willing but is still a little green so would suit a more advanced rider. She would , however, eventually suit a beginner once she has a little more education.

Ginger was sold in the Summer 2010 to a very loving home - she will be missed!

Doric's Lalique
(aka Lalique)
SOLD

Lalique is a 1992 Registered Thoroughbred mare that stands 16.1 hands. She has a lovely temperament and is a pleasure to handle.  She originally competed in Saskatchewan in the 3'6"-3'9" Jumpers, but was moved to Alberta in 2001 to continue her showing career.  She has acumen of experience in both the Hunter and Jumper show rings and has also shown in three day events with success.  She is very honest and athletic. She is ready and willing to go to the right owner and could continue competing in any jumping discipline.

Lalique was sold in 2007 but is, luckily, still kept at Woodspring Inc. so everyone at Serendipity Equestrian can still visit her.  She now enjoys being a pleasure horse, going up to the mountains, and doing the occasional hunt!

Scout is a 6 year old red roan gelding who stands 14.2 hands. He was recently started under saddle and shows great aptitude toward the English discipline with a huge jump on him. He also has great ground manners and has a large flowing stride, with beautiful scope over fences. He has chute jumped up to 4' (in picture) with room to spare. Although he is not tall, he has a large presence and covers the ground nicely. He has also been ridden western and taken on trail rides.
